This Continuing Learning Education (CLE) program is a Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board (PACLE) approved course program. The course offers a substantive skills and ethics primer that will assist attorneys in three (3) subject matter areas: Complaints and Pleadings Drafting, Motion Practice, and Litigation Techniques. Attendees will learn from skilled and experienced practitioners who will review course material and provide instructional methods of best practices, and professional ethics for attorneys handling legal matters in the Pennsylvania courts. Both new and experienced attorneys will get a primer of transactional law, the basics of drafting complaints, motion practice, and general litigation techniques to sharpen their motion skills and gain practical tips from expert attorneys.
